I have hauled rails from one yard to another. Granted it was not very much rail but it was still hauled by a truck.

That stuff we do for BNSF pays well but it's all short haul and that isn't my gig ..I like my hides to Laredo and steel back .

There is no way the swamp cooler and bunk heater i have cost 8 to 10 k nfw neither of these will work to keep you warm or cool if your in states with weather extremes but they work great for the Pacific Northwest of course when I'm in Calgary and it's minus 15 my truck will never shut off we were not talking about this but if your at jubetts in Portland this time of year I can't see why you need to idle all night.
