If a state trooper tickets a commercial driver in 18 wheeler for any kind of moving or non moving violation,such as tire blowout,trailer light, speeding, does the ticket appear on Mvr or Dac report ?

If the court reports it it will show up on the MVR. I got a speeding ticket back in 1997 that showed up on my DAC twice. I do not know how it got there.

Gotta love the pre CSA system. States never talked to eachother. Got speeding tickets in penn that never showed up in my state.
