Accelerated PSD Students

This is one reason why I will never train again.
What's next? Someone fresh from TNT becoming a psd trainer?

With this new training program prime is going to look like swift.

 

How does the pay differ? Is it still unpaid training until the trainee gets their CDL? Is their still daytime classroom instruction?

 

It's still unpaid training you do get the 200 dollar advance per week , and I know they are doing a night class not sure about days

 

Do you gentlemen know if you can turn down the Accelerated PSD program? I'm just curious because I will be heading out April 11th for orientation. I would definitely prefer to get actual hands on experience.

 

Yes you can , they will prob tell you that's it's best to go with the program because you might have to wait on a trainer. But if you don't spend your free time sitting n your hotel room , and actually go meet people ( at the millinieum building , or training pad etc) you just might find your own trainer

If you're not in it for the money, then why would you want to do it? I don't go to work just because I like to go to work; I go to work because of the paycheck.

Prime's lease payments border on egregious. The only thing that makes them semi-attractive is the money that can be made by being a trainer.

 

How long did you lease with Prime?

 

I've trained before, I never did it for the money. I don't believe in the merits of the training program anymore. This "accelerated" program is eventually going to make Prime look bad.
