Its just that I've reached a stage where I dont have to do it if I dont want to. And most of the time.. well.. I dont want to. I keep my truck stocked with plenty of provisions to have that option.
HurstStraight Stacks Thanks this. -
It's just so inconvenient.Hurst Thanks this. -
Love me some denver snow. Would give this cali crap up for that.

I'm 48 yrs old.. I've logged as many miles as the best of them out here. I've done my share of chaining up and icey mountain passes.
Call me old and crotchety.. but I'm over all of that. Flat roads.. I'll continue on and take my time in the snow. If my route takes me through something like Vail or Elk Mountain.. I'll find a safe place to park and wait it out.
Hurstbentstrider83, misterG and Zeviander Thank this. -
I personally prefer the Husky out on Arther Street if I'm stopping for anything more than a few minutes. I don't think there's much within walking distance but I don't ever need anything (aside from coffee which I've never been picky about, available inside) so I've never really looking around. And I have my own wifi.
Apparently Thunder Bay's one and only strip club is just around the corner from the smaller Husky in town, but I wouldn't know anything about that.Last edited: Mar 25, 2016

You can't pay me enough to move to Florida. or anywhere on the eastern side for that matter. Florida being the worst. I can't stand the humidity you all have out there.

Love the winter... always leads to spring.
