I got the same msg's, first saying mess up w/90 and we get 30 days to get done. Then 0 day msg , I called ECT last ngt, nothing on trk, then called DM today, still nothing. So I guess the 30 day is still the one to follow and believe. Try calling Rapid Response, but I think you'll be wasting your time, when your DM can answer your question.

I think blsqueak is in Stratford, TX. Stanford is s southwest of Houston. Parked at teh Loves in Amarillo heading back to Corsicana to finish this Kohls round trip, then another to Santa Fe, NM, pick another one up in Albuquerque for Conover, NC and run hard.

Called my DM and he did not know. Transferred me to Shop and they were not sure. Told to call Rapid and they did answer. Told me that if received that message regarding 30 days, then I have until April 23.

Here at the Petro in Oak Grove. Mac 30 kept giving me the same offers. Pick up at 1900 tomorrow at the Edwardsville yard and deliver 500 miles by Monday morning. Asked DM and told me that he will get me better. Well right now, nothing and just tells me, working on it. Good news, filled out the paperwork on Wednesday with Roadrunner and received answer this morning, approved. Received letter of intent from Quality and but the recruited from Roadrunner and A&A Express told me to hold off until return from the Philippines. They might have a truck available for in house. Really do not like the way Quality has it set up.

Wow, yes Scottie went to RR, I tried to pick up in MN once just north of St.p and Minneapolis, they booked trucks with no real freight, so told no freight, sorry, bye, thanx for stopping by. I msg'd CSR and told as many as I could about their scam of ordering a trk based on maybe having a ld for it. While I was there, there were also several of their own trks waiting, waiting and I am sure hoping for something to come up.

After having seen almost every LTL or express freight companies lay off and struggle during the last recession, I would never lease with one, just because of the reality of this economy crashing, and with it, the freight base for those types of companies.

ATS vans or even Mercer vans, are two of my maybes if I leave Swift. I did speak to one refer company, that is also a maybe, but right now I am staying a little while longer with Big Brother Swift.

I wish you well on your choice, and good luck to you on your new journey

    Sincerely, and all the best.

I had that happen once. They overbooked trucks and my load was out in the cold.
I called my DM and he said they charge the customer for that.
I can't remember exactly how much I got for the trouble, but it was either 100 or 150.

I'm at Johnson's Corner here in CO.

And I learned something new today about the 'new' mac 1.
When you fill out the 'dropped trailer' field the system will immediately free up the mt trailer.

If you don't, then what happened to me will happen.
I hooked up to the mt and did my empty call, and it kicked back that the trailer was not available.
I called a DM and he said it was under dispatch.
Well, the driver had dropped his mt at Walmart and then was sitting for his 'preloaded' load to be finished.
He did not fill out the mac 1, so the mt was still attached to him.
I ended up waiting nearly half an hour as the DM contacted the driver to send in the mac 1 with that field filled out so that I could take the trailer, and get everything fixed.

I've always wondered why they added that to the mac 1, and now I know.

Thanks. I have been following a couple of drivers on A&A and have been in contact with them for the last 4 months and so far they have not steered me wrong and always up front. They are reefer and I can choose to stay south. Run produce out of AZ and CA up to the Midwest and then right back South again

Trailer dropped at Shipper has always been in there. I know that I never use it. I just enter dropped trailer in my loaded call because a few times when I have put it in Mac 1 and then do a loaded call I get a message back asking what happened to my mt trailer

Another problem with entering your empty trailer on Mac 1 is that if for any reason your load gets cancelled while you are at the shipper, you'll have to get re-attached to your empty trailer. That has happened to me before so I never put my trailer number there, only on my loaded call.
