My Rent to own.adventure start tomorrow.

Was lucky enough to buy my first house at age 19. I had a beanbag chair and a used mattress on the floor for at least 6 months until I could afford to pay for my furniture outright.

I also live in PA.

 

Leasing a truck is like renting a tool to do a job to earn income, no big deal.
However renting a truck to do a job you could earn the same amount of money using somebody else's truck as a company driver is dumb.
That's why i bash these cheap rate flease deals, you'd be better off as a company driver.

 

supposedly, if you actually complete the rent a center deal. you own whatever it is you rented. But the price after done deal, is crazy.

 

Make payments to a bank, make payments to a lease. Either way you're making payments.
What's good for one, doesn't mean its good for everyone.

 

Making payments to the bank, you're paying for something with ownership at the end.

Make payments to a lease, you're simply renting, with a balloon payment at the end to which you'll still have to finanace and make payments to a bank. PROVIDED you can even get there. I know one couple who actually leased, then financed. They had to go through a lot of red tape to finance that truck they rented from the beginning. No one wanted to hand over the title. NO ONE And in the end. Their total amount was probably 3 times higher

 

Accepting cheap freight is the reason why there is cheap freight. I hate when guys use that as a rebuttal. Don't tell me the freight still has to move, cause it might.. but not on my truck. Shooting yourself in thr foot before you even give yourself a chance to fail ....
