No....I aggressively promote and defend WE because I get tired of reading BS from clowns like you about a really good company that treats it competent drivers very well....
Now why is it that you pick fights with people who post positive things about their employers?... Is it because yours sucks
Melton or Roehl

So when someone writes something positive about the company we work for you feel the need to contradict it? Are you bipolar?
-
Actually what I posted was positive I said what I liked about them and that 1000 bucks a week may not happen all time so tell me where I was being negative I was being honest and I'm not saying you weren't
-
You did NOT write "it may not happen all the time"....you wrote " it doesn't happen like this guy says"....stop making up stories
You directly contradicted me and called me out....and then you did it again on a comment you mis-read involving Cassanova....
Why? what exactly are you trying to prove -
There's not one company out there that will work for everyone. Too many different lifestyle choices, personalities, and needs that vary greatly from driver to driver. Jayson might need that DirectTV access at Western Express whereas others can do without it even if it means having a driver-facing camera. OP asked Melton vs. Roehl, so why are a handful of you now getting emotional over a completely different topic that doesn't benefit OP? If you want to argue like children please return to high school...
When your first post on this thread is trying to put Melton/TMC in a bad name over driver-facing cameras, despite your personal opinion, it makes your posts like these seem very ironic and contradicting. If you're trying to save Western Express' already poor reputation from more turmoil from those who haven't driven for them, don't go around trying to #### the bed with other companies.
The simple fact is Melton is ranked as one of the best fleets to driver for in the industry, period. Many here would take that ranking with a grain of salt but Melton worked their ### off to get me a job when I started and I highly doubt some of the other companies here would've done the same. But I can tell you outright it isn't the place for everybody long-term. I stayed for nearly three-years but left recently to take a local gig. The pay is good, hometime is acceptable for OTR, trucks are maintained stringently, co-workers are all very kind and helpful, and I never ever got screamed at from something they caught on the driver-facing camera or road camera. Not once. -
Thank you!
