No from Lytton to Lilloett as can't see any power line towers between the road the river. Unless this is on the road from Cache Creek to Lllioett over the highway to Pemberton.

Drove the highway from Hope to Osoyoos and that was bad enough. I wouldn't care to do it again even in summertime, which might be worse with all those sharp curves and tourist traffic.

The crowsnest with a set of trains is fun, especially when you follow an RV doing 50 the whole time.... Oh good a passing lane, #### it's up a 10% grade, dream of passing fading away

On the flats they just speed up in the passing lane so you can't get around them anyway.

YT description says Bridge River Rd headed for Gold Bridge.

That's probably the one area of BC I haven't driven yet.

Pulled A-Trains Vancouver to Lliloett, Castlegar in the 60's with single axle power of 250 HP with a 9 speed. No big deal, drive for conditions.

I crossed the Rockies once from Alberta to BC on two lane roads that I had never been on before. It wasn't that bad, except for the jack@$$ in the truck behind me who didn't care for my slow descents. Then I remembered that my CB has an on/off switch. Turned it off and drove safely in peace and quiet. At the next pull out/rest area I pulled over and let him by.

Seems like I remember a rockslide that closed hwy 1 between Lytton and Cache Creek in Jan or Feb of '64-we diverted through Lillooet to 99 and back to 97 somewhere north of Cache Creek. It was dark and raining-definitely a Maalox moment for me!

Certainly Maalox as you certainly wouldn't have had a need for Exlax. LOL
