    Lately I see swift pulling amazon trailers on I 75 in florida. Does swift have amazon dedicated in florida. I'm looking for a dedicated but having no luck.

    Swift hauls for Amazon all over the country but if they are pulling Amazon trailers they probably do have some sort of account. Ocala Florida terminal would have the information.

    Swift picked up a lot of Amazon dedicated in the last year ... if you're interested in FL, go ahead contact the Ocala terminal.

    Amazon is building a new very large DC in Ohio. All of about 10 miles from my house. Too bad I will not be here. Heck, Owens Corning has a large plant and DC 2 miles and 9 miles from my house and in the almost 6 years here, have picked up all of 3 loads from there when coming out of the house, and there are always loaded trailers there ready to go.

    The only thing that I do not like about pulling Amazon now is the planned out of Memphis and they have a bad habit of preplanning one on you and then all of a sudden pulling it off you, especially when it involves a stack. Had it happen to me twice, and both times it was to get me to my 2nd load which was getting me home

    I talk to ocala terminal they say they don't have amazon dedicated in florida. Seems like south florida is one of the worst areas to be in for trucks. A lot of companies don't have dedicated accounts in the area and a lot of companies don't hire out that area.

    They opened a new Amazon center in Davenport,Fl. too along with a new Wal-Mart DC. Swift has the Wal-Mart grocery division too.
