In Wauwatosa WI owner is Karl Hemerley and he don't pay his drivers, wants you to cheat on logs, tries to sue you over anything and does not pay for sitting, lay over or anything for that matter just a big ###########. You have been warned

Is there a underground that tells twuck dwivahs to come to TTR and bash carriers when they feel they've been wronged? Or maybe some thick necked ex-driver who cant drive anymore behind all this? All this vague company bashing seems so similar to me.

It does amaze me just how many come here only to post once sometimes twice about how bad so and so is to work for. Then nothing. No real details or documentation. . Anything.. but I guess we should be use to it lol

It's all about what you make out of it, these rookies need to learn more about how to look before you leap
They jump in head first to any trucking company that sucks em in like a vacuum cleaner and spits em out the other end after the honey moon over
Then they either end up trapped in at a company because that company dragged them down with them or look like a looser job hopper
.... Save time and wear on your career as a driver
.... Apply only to prime solid jobs
.... If you already have a crappy truck driving job that doesn't excite you as much as your boss is excited
You have plenty of time to search out good ground while keeping your nose clean.... This is what we call " service"

    All companies suck.

It's up to the driver to decide which brand of suckage suits him or her.

Guy goes to mega company, TTR members bash him for not going to a little company instead.

Guy goes to a little company, TTR members bash him for picking the wrong little company.

Guy comes to TTR to complain about the little company, TTR members bash him for being, unwise, to say the least.

TTR is full of it today.

This is the life we live and sometimes life is not fair. People get their feeling hurt all the time....some of the time or none of the time depending on how you perceive the world from behind those eyes.

I can recall being sold a wonderful job at one of the top 50 trucking fleets and found it was one of most micro managed jobs I ever had. They had drivers utilizing 14 hours of every shift. A month of being tossed back and forth with 3 trips a day was grinding at me. Each with a 100-150 mile radius, my world was running in circles. The problem, I live in Miami but my truck is always north of Virginia and getting home was like trying to get out of a sticky web of deceit.

"What happened to the big open road" , I asked. They said.....oh, we don't do long haul...we do short express loads. I was averaging 300 miles a day and sitting in a dock the rest of the time until my clock expired and was forced to sleep in the back of a shopping mall. By the time I got to a fuel stop....there was no time to relax and get a hot shower.

Needless to say...I was distraught that the truth was far from what the recruiter had sold me and so many others.

After several calls to corporate asking to be routed home to the terminal in Jacksonville. ( meanwhile I was stuck in the northeast running small circles) The Dispatcher went deaf, dumb and blind....all he cared for was the load and the ability to pick up another. I told them I was a long haul line driver that averaged 1200 miles in two days.....and that ended out conversation.

Drivers are expendable....drivers are a dime a dozen and they just keep filling seats never minding that a happy driver is much more productive.

So the motto became : Welcome to Heartless Express, how can we mess up your day.

Now I am relaxed and living in paradise......enjoying semi retirement, sipping on a Corona and watching the pretty ladies walk on some quiet Beach.
