He couldn't own it because they refuse to give him the title to the truck until he allow them to complete their "necessary" repairs. biggest question is how can it be necessary repairs when its a brand new engine? I will never understand his situation. but that's ok because at least its not mine. I was going to lease myself but decided to try my hat at being a company trainer first.

 

scratch that no longer going to be company trainer for CRST. Learned first hand why they have such a bad rep. didn't even have to go drive before I found out. their trainers only get paid for half of all miles the trucks run. For example if the truck runs 5000 per week the trainer only gets paid for his 2500 miles. when their "students" complete their trainers 4-6 weeks then they are sent through the trainer program and end up getting students themselves after only having about 8-10 weeks of experience.

Instead of this crap. I have decided to apply to PAM transport for a dedicated lane that runs through my house every other day and 100% drop n hook.

 

For their company I have no idea. the recruiter told me all of that on the telephone on Friday afternoon. I was supposed to leave for their orientation on sat the 3rd but with that new information I said heck no.
