yes it is.There should have been a number to call if you pled not guilty then they would have sent you a day time and where you have to appear in court and pled not guilty in front of the judge. That's where your lawyer would have appeared for you. That's how Ohio does it anyway.GoneButNotForgotten Thanks this.

I hear that.I had a reckless ticket back in 2003 I got in Mass while parked on a dirt lot next to McDonald's getting something to eat.I had time my dispatcher wasn't at work yet so I bobtailed to McDonald's from bjs warehouse.McDonald's was too small to park there. As I'm walking back to my trk an officer was knocking on my door. That taught me to always look at my tickets.Had I known it was a reckless charge I would have fought it right away. But I did call the court in Mass and the lady said I already pled guilty when I paid the ticket.Ohio I received a speeding ticket and I wasn't even speeding.I did try fighting that but because Ohio gave me four days to be in court my dispatcher couldn't let me bobtail there eve, though he said I could and I was going to pay for the fuel.So I had to pled guilty and paid for the ticket right then and there.Thank God they took credit cards.I paid it over the phone.
