Just a little advice. I work for Total, they allows pets and I had two cats that I refused to give up to change jobs. My family ended up watching one and I took one OTR with me. Pet deposit was 500, nonrefundable no matter how well your truck is kept clean.
Also they wanted him declawed, which no way in hell I'd put a cat through that. They have these glue on claws called Smarts Paws. Basically a tad of glue and it's a rubber claw glued over their claw, and it works very well. They need new ones every few months, trim and reglue. My cat never clawed anything in the truck. He was awesome, hung out on the dash, chilled in the back but I always had a huge fear of him getting out of the truck and me having to roll out without him. He used to be an outdoor cat too.
One day it finally caught up with me. I took my truck in for a PM and as I was lowering his cage to the ground he freaked and got out. I didn't lock the door correctly. He ran under the truck and I thought he ran into the yard. After looking for 20 minutes the mechanic started my truck pulled it into the shop, opened the hood and there he was. A foot away from the fan and standing on 200 degree pipes.
I felt so bad. A few days later I realized he burned the pads of his feet pretty bad. I took an emergency visit home and left him with mom and dad so he could go to the vets. It took him a month of Epsom salt soaks and bandages for the little guy to heal. Ultimately I decided to leave him with them as he seemed like he already adapted to life in their house .
If you read all that props, be careful with a cat. No matter how careful you are something may happen. They are great companions for a truck but they have a mind of their own too.Attached Files:

I forgot about companies wanting cats declared.I would never do that either.Petco has many items that stops cats from clawing furniture but thats not good enough far as companies are concerned. Then some wants animals descented .I would never do that.Diggler Thanks this.
