Truck walls

What is inside my trucks walls? I have an FLD 2001, is it 2 layers of sheet metal filled in with foam? Can I drill right into them to hold something on the wall?

Don't know about F-liner but I stripped down my 35 year old KW cab and in behind the plastic and upholstry is metal frame work and cheap fiberglass insulation. There may be some wiring behind there as well.

i'm wanting to take down the old fabric and stain some wood to hang as the new interior walls.
