it says 340 on your green bar already? Usually an adp takes like 6 months to settle in or is that just what you've been doing daily? Impressive though keep up the good work

 

That's the five weeks I've been on my own, not counting orientation and mentoring. But my green line is 290.00.

 

Hello all been off here awhile had an unfortunate event driving.....before you laugh it's all true....had a wild turkey fly through my windshield in Pennsylvania on I70 and both hit me in the head. Managed to get pulled on shoulder before getting my ambulance ride to the hospital. Been home now on doctors orders having several tests have had severe concussion and vertigo since event on March 9th. Let me say this even off Walmart has been the most caring company treating me like gold this whole time......our safety director came 3 hours to pick me up, have went to steak dinner with wife (my driver....Lol) at our DC and a catered Italian dinner for the 10 year anniversary of the Mt. Crawford DC (my home base). Got a snazzy 10 year jacket too! I'm so happy here now just chomping at the bit to get back on the road!!!!!

I will say this, I have been married to a truck driver for many years, and that is a new one on me. Congrats !!!

Here is to hoping you are back to work soon, and don't get too freaked out every time you see a turkey. Thanksgiving may be traumatic.

Do you guys all extend? I only work 5 days a week and have made it to 286 adp after 5 months. Works for me, but alot of our stores are 500 miles round trip from the DC so there's more driving then activity in our days.

 

On I don't but ours are short Houston area my ADP in 3 months 322 but I work my 14 everyday
