Why is it that love at first sight is usually on the male side of things?

Because we are horn dogs, at least that what many ladies have told me, and I was ready to stick around and talk to her some more, but every time that she looked at me with these doe like eyes, I wanted to melt. If only about 30 years younger, or then, maybe she liked older men.

Leave me alone to my dream, time to head back to the Philippines. Another 2 weeks and I am gone

We see those lovely eyes, that alluring body... we hear that voice and what they say.
    And we fall in love.
That is all it takes for us, it seems.

    We are such suckers.

    Edwardsville.

I delivered my load this morning and then headed over here. Hours later I got a plan.
Pick up tomorrow morning not too far from here and I'm headed to SC on an Amazon load.
The weight says 00289, but I'm pretty sure it isn't that light. There are several PO's.
It's a live load, and the comment says that it will likely be more than 2 hours and that I am free to unhook to go find something to eat if I want to in the meantime.

Delivering on the 10th in SC, and my next home time is on the 16th near Sacramento, CA.
I guess I better start heading back that way if I want to get there on time.

I have found that when there are several po's, CSR puts in the weight of just the 1st one. Bet that you will find the first po a weight of 289. Now leave me alone with my dream

Here in Onawa, IA. What started out as a great day with tailwinds still, turned to crap when I hit Black Hills, SD. Shifted out of the NNW at 13 and then further east on I-90, the higher that they got. Up to 30mph with gusts up to 50 and looked at my weather app and there was mostly a advisory the whole way across. Right now here they are at 25 still out of the NNW. By morning, dropping to wnw at 9mph. Mac 30 most of the day and of course nothing. Then I remembered, Des Moines is handled by Edwardsville. I have this bad feeing that my home load is going to be dh 150 miles to Purina in Davenport and then a nice load to Grove City.

    Moosetek13 Thanks this.

And how is that any fun for me?

You know, I am starting to plan my next career.
It won't happen before I am dead, however.

    I will be a haunter.
But I won't be a run of the mill ghost.
    I will haunt dreams.

I am making a list, and checking it twice, of those I will grace with my presence in their dreams.

How high on the list would you like to be?

    Are you from the Philippines?

I once had a girl I wanted to marry from there, but things didn't work out. Back then, she really didn't like the idea I had of keeping her in the truck for a while. My thinking was, what a great opportunity for her to see this beautiful country and get accustomed to living here and seeing what things are really like.

But oh well, things never work out like we plan them.
