I am graduating CDL School in three weeks and looking at going to work for Schneider. What are your thoughts on it and is Schneider a good Company to work for? I am a Retired Marine 1st Sgt of 24 years and looking to do some traveling and more adventures.

I've spoke to alot of company guys in schneider I haven't found one talking bad about them yet.

Well, seeing how you've never drove a truck before, Schneider's BS probably won't faze you. I've never drove for any of the mega's, but I have to say if I was a new guy, and I had to choose from one of the mega's, I'd probably choose Schneider too. I'm not sure, but I think they are the one company that doesn't make you team for pennies?
This would be a good question for all experienced drivers, if you had to start out today which company would you go with? Most of you guys already have drove for one of these companies, so I'm sure lots of you wouldn't repeat what you went through! -
First off, Semper Fi! Why go with a Mega? Two other companies that will hire you right out of school that would be so much better are, Magnum Ltd and Abilene motor express. Both hire and train students, you can't go wrong with either one.

Just say no to driver cameras. That's why.
