Freedom Self Dispatch!

I gave Interstate the opportunity to lure me away from Schneider.
When speaking to the recruiters i flat out told them this is what i do and what i earn here... if I see proof your loads pay more I'll fill out an application.
Never heard back from then.
Funny thing is they were willing to send me screenshots of their load board, loads, regions etc etc and even asked for my email to send it to.
When they pressured me to will out an app is when i broke the news to them that i only will if i see i can earn more than i do here. Tone changed after that, never got those emails or ever heard back from them lol.
Oh well i gave it a shot.

 

300 loads for the whole country!?!

 

Recruiter told me last month they have less than 60 trucks on the Freedom board...

It's a good thing you don't have to worry about it...

 

And they only show loads up to 3 days out.

Which is pretty much what I said.

 

But not until you've run with them for awhile. Not sure what the term is, but I think it's 1 year before they allow it. I already knew about this as a friend of mine moved to Landstar after getting a truck through SNI.

 

I would prefer you stayed away. More money for me.
