I rented a mail box at the UPS Store in the past, the service was outstanding. They have many locations, you can pick one near a central, major interstate that you think you will run by. I would just ask my dispatcher to "swing me by" so I could pick up my mail, if I did not get near as part of my normal route.

You can also ask your company if you can use their terminal as your address and let them collect your mail.

    LindaPV Thanks this.

After 30 days it gets tossed or returned, unless a new yellow card comes to them to hold it, in which case they will hold for another 30, and so on, but miss one or be late and there it goes. A private mailbox service is the way to go, along with being paperless as possible. Every catalog I get I call the sender right away and get taken off their list. Word has gotten around. :^)

It can sit in a PO box for as long as it takes for you to get in there and pick it up. Just make sure you get a big enough one to hold it all...or live in a small enough town that they know you and what you do and will hold the "overflow" until you can get in there to get it. As long as you've paid for that box, your mail can sit in it waiting for you.
