    Side-swipe incidents are some of the toughest to prove who did what without a dashcam or witness proving lane maintainance. It's always one complaining the same against the other. Often it's a matter of equal deviation at the same time, and you meet at the dotted line.

    But I hope you get this made right, regardless.

    Are you telling me you can read that phone number from the picture? Please enlighten me if you can, I cant. I'm old. We tried to call what we though the numbers were, but none were associated with any trucking company. Doesn't really matter now because we have the company phone humber, thanks to this group.

    Good thing we have 3 witnesses , 2 of whom were shouting at the guy to pull over, that he just hit a car , with his reply "#### Off".

    Yeah, because that's totally safe and legal. :rolleyes: And someone tried to shot at my truck, my military truck driving would take ovet and I would ram them off the road.
