I'm looking to go to swift academy. How long does it take to enroll?

I applied with a fresh CDL on a Thursday and was sitting in orientation the following Monday.
Say what you will about Swift but if you need a job in a hurry that's their specialty, swoop you in before you can change your mind.

 

God have mercy on your soul... tho, I'm sure Swift is probably the butt of his jokes too.

 

If you have your CDL A permit (if your state issues a hard copy, you need to have a hard copy the DMV paper will not work) and the dot physical with interstate no exemptions..

Example - in VA they mail you a hard copy of the license after 5-10 business days. Have to have that plastic license. My class, a guy didn't have it and got sent home.

Call a recruiter and you'll be on your way to the class that starts next week.

Newbie, there aare many BETTER companies out there that will send you to truck school for free and pay for your housing while in school... Its not England and its not Swift. Oh and its nor Central Refrigerated either (A Swift Company)

 

I would personally recommend KLLM for a student
