I've seen this happen with other companies this size.
I've also seen it get straightened out,
at quite a few of those companies.
Whole lot of information missing ..............
Good Luck to all involved.

Other side of story:
My lease was terminated while waiting for my $2500 previous week settlement, which they offered $500 after 3-4 days of debating on the phone (on $2500 balance past due, what a joke) to be deposited in my bank a week later, only to discover next day (now $3500 due) that deposit wasn't made, then the excuse was, "your bank needs your signature, that's why deposit wasn't made" , I have never received "direct deposited funds" since being leased on as promised, always scrounging around ALL day to determine if they can pay, then I was given EFS next day or at last minute of the day...NOT how you operate a business, that according to INC (see attached), grossed $2.4 million in 2012.
And for the record...load was NOT abandoned, I refused the load (until last week's settlement was paid), I never picked up the load, it was loaded on another trailer and their trailer was left at shipper. Then I was asked to keep running until their finances were straight...I agreed, if they would pay me atleast $1500, then next day i was told they could not, they was NO $ available. (They expect you to operate YOUR business based on how they operate THEIRS.) So, I said when you pay me what is due, I will resume running. I was then told, "I don't know how long this will take, you might consider finding other work", then I was told, return trailer your lease has been terminated!!
Now there....is the other side as well as other issuses, etc. Your right...there is a whole book missing...Let's tell the TRUTH, "stand up kinda guy"
For everyone...this is my LAST post.
Waste of time...Newbies lease on at your own risk! Wish everyone well.Attached Files:

My my, this is getting pretty entertaining. Funny how partial truths seem to be the order of the day so many times. I don't really wonder what really happened, because I'm not a part of it. Thank goodness. I was really interested in F2F a while back, but didn't want to spend my time running the midwest freight lanes. And as for finding my own loads and running them thru F2F? No thanks. For 20% I'd rather go full O/O. Best to All. Really.

That's the only part I didn't understand . If you have your own truck and trailer why are you handing 20% to someone . And why the slow pay ? Why not factor the loads ? What's the excuse for the slow pay ? Is Bill not getting paid ? When he says he made a mistake is the mistake not drawing the money fast enough or is the mistake stealing it ? I've never seen him address it , other than in a general sense . And are other drivers owed money ? Personally if my load pay was short by just one day ( and yes I am an owner operator , not just talking sideways ) ., I'd be out . And suing

For 20% you'd rather go full o/o? Does that mean you would run your own numbers? If you have run your own numbers before, and you very well may have, then from someone who has I gladly pay mercer 25% and never miss a beat doing it.spyder7723, HDFatboy and CJndaTruck Thank this.

You still didn't say whether you still had their trailer or not. You are also being accused of abandoning 2 loads...not just one. But since that was your last post, I don't guess we'll ever really know.
There's your side, his side, and the truth that lies somewhere in between the two.j_martell, drvrtech77 and 4mer trucker Thank this.
