I don't know anything about F2F other than what I've seen here, but I've worked all over the place for lots of businesses. I've seen plenty of suffering companies, sometimes no one's fault, sometimes bad management choices but it's incredibly uncommon for an owner to be as up front and honest about his situation as this one is being.
Seems clear to me this bloke is a fundamentally straight dealer, and I hope he gets through his problems and back on top soon.
Not surprised he has such loyal bunch working with him, says as much about them as it does him.
    Good luck.

If it was booming that much, F2F should have a healthy bank roll to cover the now times, wake up sometime today would ya?

Can't blame a mostly van fleet for getting mostly van rates. I do my work and am paid accordingly. If I went independent and was chasing broker pay I'd be 4 months behind where I'm at with F2F.

Well, if one is trying to get things turned around, it might be a good idea to "keep the cash flowing"... for everyone.

    Good Luck Bill

That's between him and those he is working with to get the company back on track. And sounds like they are working on it. There is no need to give us the detailed plan.

Bill, I've read this thread and think if you get it together, your company will prosper.

But from a fleet owner's standpoint if I read some of the complaints and took them for face value I wouldn't consider F2F as a possible place to put my trucks.

One thing that stands out is if there is money owed, get rid of the merc and pay what you can. Not saying that it is needed - don't know the actual situation - but a merc is a rich man's car to many and it is rather poor judgement to ever talk about it if the claim is true.

Another is asking how you're going to fix the problems by other members, maybe it is because so much positive stuff has been said about F2F in the past, or that it is plain curiosity, don't know which. I agree that it may be between your lease holders and you but when it is brought up in public and you depend on lease holders in the future to expand, it is a valid question to be answered.

Other than that, I hope it you fix these problems.

I like how Bill answers the accusations with, oh new account, conspiracy, and all that. That says to me, he doesn't have a valid answer to said accusations. And I, if I still had my own truck, I would never sign on with F2F. Not because of what I read here, but what I heard from people I know and trust, that are VERRRRRRRRY knowledgeable of the industry....
