It was working, but one time I got stuck on security shack: gear did not engage, F sign flashed and nothing happened. I did wait few minutes, turned on fan. That helped.

Got my truck fixed on Friday, seems that calling kW headquarters made the trick real fast, so u guys better do it when u feel that dealers not doing their job....right....
Was indeed contacted by regional service manager, explained what happened, he did it's job worked with the dealer to get the needed info to fix both starting and tranny's thing...
Will see how it goes when I go out, in March
Deming u better call eaton ask for the tech department about it, they should now what may be...., just seen in the Land Lane mag that there is a update for the ultra shift plus software., I'll call them on MondayLast edited: Feb 21, 2016

Deming, never had those faults, did u find out about them...???actually the only faults that I had on mine are ((lost the numbers,)) when I went to start the truck after 3 months sitting 2 y ago, it was the def pump, and when the intake Knox sensor went bad while driving , but I could make several hundred miles w/o no problem ((those are $550)) , the problem is that those are VIN/Engine specific and dealers don't carry them, must be ordered while u there....
The update after the little trouble that I had, now after almost a month out everything runs smoothly...
Called Eaton about the software for the auto , but is not for the 13 sp MHP that I have... -
Deming and the others....., did u guys ever (((asked the kW dealer when u went in for whatever reason))) for the printout of a Regen History that shows the last 10 regen's the truck did by itself so u can see the amount of the engine running hours that truck runs between them and the temps in/out of dpf and INHG number that shows the free flowing air pressure thru the filter so u can keep track of the "health" of the system that is bound to fail.....and cost $$$$
I have a few of those and the last one shows an average of 103 hours at @ 40 000 engine total hours and 240 000 miles....the inHG ((( max DPF Differential pressure)) shows a range between 0.9. to 1.3.... -

The previous engine update produced the code issue, what I gave up to fix after three attempt. It always come back. The newest update fixed it. Although sometimes I have derate warning in 3 hours if I restart the warm engine in very short time. It goes away in 20-30 seconds.
