How would you know if it was a tornado or not?

Most states do this, and it seems they almost all use wednesday. Apparently tornadoes don't happen on wednesdays. The 13th is a little weird, I think most do it the first Wednesday of the month at noon, but either way, that's fairly common.

We do that every Wednesday at noon in The Buckeye.

Really, it happens every year, but this year the news clowns are making it a news story to generate fear of a tornado happening any time and listen to them because they can educate you how to survive one.

I set my clock by the weekly drill in Oklahoma. Every Saturday at noon.

First Tuesday of the month at 10am here in Illinois.

This isn't the standard first Saturday of the month test, this is a shakedown test for the season.
The news had something explaining how we can have a tornado at any time night or day - I assume they also mean in the winter time in a snowstorm because the average weather news clown knows less about weather than my cats. -
