Thull, where did you test out? I always tried my best to get a trainee tested out in Greer, Memphis, or Phoenix. Better chance of getting assigned a decent truck.

I ate my first and last crawdad recently. One of the guys at the plant had a bunch of em. I figured I'd try one.

I liked the Troutdale terminal. Good crew up there, but being a smaller terminal the pickings on truck assignment can be slim. This is another good reason to pack light when you go into training, facing a need to take a bus to get to your truck.

 

Protect your CDL-A like your future depended on it. Because at this point it probably does. You know what the rules are so if you screw up you have no one to blame but yourself.
