All because some people don't play well with others.
rocknroll81 Thanks this. -
Yet the OP has not been back after being called out
ruffrider, spyder7723 and rollin coal Thank this. -
It may get locked but locked in defense of a posters "opinion", not someone's content. The only negative content I.e language and now the old ask me to my face ego booster came from one person and that's not the person who was warned not to call names.

Typical drive by OP blaming all his troubles on someone else and trying to ruin a reputation in the process.
An internet coward with lots of followers that drink in the 'fuel island BS' as the truth. Trust a liar, Ha! go away.

If three weeks is all the pay is behind that doesn't indicate a total meltdown by any means. I do not know BBB from anybody else but it takes a pretty good man to come on here and admit he made mistakes when he could have just disappeared instead. There's no justification for slow pay I understand that but trying to grow puts you in a tenuous position. Especially growing that fast. This business changes week to week. The spot market is awesome when you are quoting shippers. When it turns around and they are quoting you what you its a different story.
I saw a post from someone that F2F was 100 trucks. Don't know if that is right but if it is you MUST have contract freight to sustain a fleet that size. You won't sustain that many people on spot market alone, unless the spot market is screaming like it was two years ago. Especially if a bunch of them dont understand how to work it.. Carriers grow with contract work because its always there. It pays the fixed costs no matter what. In a way what BBB has done is a reverse way to build a fleet (although backward to one man is innovation to another in the same business), but with 100 trucks capacity you can get plenty of contract work if you are willing to do drop programs. But all that takes money and a lot of it. That many trailers aren't cheap. If this is the case and the pay situation didn't get worse, I'd talk to him and see what's on his mind before I handed him his head like some of you guys have done. Do your part and help run it and it very well might pull right back out.
Try to be nice. People that are contemplating trying to build a company need to see what can happen and why it happens in order to copy it or avoid it whatever the case may be. Its helpful to them. Besides, I suspect BHW may be lurking with a BFH.4mer trucker, ruffrider and rocknroll81 Thank this. -
