I know this post is old, if you're still around could you go into how you did this with Swift? Their school is pretty reasonable $$. I thought I read somewhere on TTR that the school and the company were separated, did you need a contract or pre-hire with Swift before starting school or does that question come after completion of training and you didn't sign up?
