Pretty vague question. How much liability are you going with, the 750 minimum or more? How much cargo do you need? What is the value of the equipment you are insuring? What kind of radius do you plan to run?
Its impossible to even stab at it in the dark without infoStraight Stacks and dobby57 Thank this. -
I've gotten quotes from $12k to $18k per year which to me wasn't worth the authority. I stopped looking at four quotes.
Now this is with drivers who have no tickets (or a couple), no violations and fleet discount - all too high to justify the move.dobby57 Thanks this. -
It's priced better or worse in different areas.

I insure a 25k truck and 50k trailer with 150k cargo, unlimited distance,1 million liability plus bobtail and whatever else is legally required.
Cost me 1250 a month.dobby57 Thanks this. -
I guess that's where 19 years pays off. I pay half that on two trucks valued at 25 and 35. Two trailers honestly don't remember where the value is but a 15 model goldline spread and a 12 timpte super hopper. 150 cargo, million liability etc.ramblingman and Straight Stacks Thank this.
