I'm all for any driver sitting in protest of a load, I wish more drivers would! But through reading these posts, you have 3 days to deliver ~1,100 miles, and no mention of 34hr reset. Pulling a dirty load, for a carrier that responds to your complaint ~24hrs later and if you were to deliver you have 45hr wait till your delivery appointment. I don't know how that gets your bills paid?

The holes in your rails are a foot apart?

You can slide back to 43' and still be legal everywhere you have to go.

Just go do it. I don't get whats the problem here.

Sounds like you just don't want to drive over the weekend. That's fine I guess but you shouldn't have taken the load if that's the case.

I reread the first 8 pages.Op moved tandems but yet waiting till the morning to reweigh it,why didn't he reweigh the same day I wonder. He had four hrs left on the clock to drive that's alot of ground he could have covered but stayed at that trkstop because his route didn't have many after that. He's in colorada there's all kinds of trkstop and with great parking no matter what time of the day or night it is.If not a trkstop, what about a parking or rest area?If he's late for delivery tomorrow,I would sure like to be a fly on the wall when he talks to Celedon.

In four hours you shouldnt be on 76. Your first first post was at 3.12. Good greif man up. Slide them and go make some money. Then when you park for the night you need to read the thread about monkeys getting sprayed with water. I cant take it. Drive

Certain things you do need to call the company but something like this, what's Celeron spose to say or do,they're not at that truckstop. His thread should have been posted in the new drivers forum.Had it been me move tandems a couple holes done and drove another 200 miles.I think he just wanted to see the reaction out of everyone because with each of his posts they got funnier and funnier.

Drivers wanna ##### about not making any money trucking. You are paid by the mile. But they don't want to drive when it's dark, when it's raining, when it's too sunny. They can deliver on time, they can't deliver early, hell in this case they can't even deliver late!
