It still blows me away how fast loads get taken.
I see a load that doesn't pay great but wonder wtf city is this... i look it up on a map, go back and the load is already gone.
$1.10 loads from the south to ON-IN fly off the board the moment they're posted.
    Ridiculous

Unfortunately for you guys it's a successful program. But you can't blame others for wanting what you guys wanted when you joined year and a half ago. I've talked to guys who have been in the program 4 years and they don't seem resentful. They say yeah it's a lot harder than before lol.

I hafta tell you the only reason I'm interested, is I don't want to be micromanaged. I came back otr last December after 16 years driving a regional postal route, and I can't believe how companies are up in your ######. It used to be about freedom and now after 23 years in a truck I can't pick my own route, fuel stops, and have everything monitored by an idiot behind a computer.

I'm interested in the team board and the recruiter told me teams take presidence over solos. I'm just waiting for the election To be over and kinda worried the team board sucks lol. Haven't been able to talk or see the team board.

Hey I work in reefer for a company that doesn't micromanage, if you do your research there are companies out there who don't plan your every minute but I agree they are getting rare.

Like you I am interested in the program, though with all the new drivers coming into the Midwest I can see how earnings may suffer a bit.
