True..But in defense of Sux2beu, He/she is right. Due Diligence PRIOR to accepting a job in the first place is key.(Its fairly easy to "read" what most of these carriers are all about And can offer, Prior to accepting a job or applying)
I certainly would not hire a job-hopper..

Sometimes they don't have a choice with no experience. Still no reason to think they have to stay 3 years. That's ridiculous. 6 months to a year and move on. That's not job hopping for a N00b. It's called a necessary evil.
RockyMountainDad Thanks this. -

Thanks a lot for all the advice,I really appreciated. I do have a criminal record from 7 years ago for possession ,a couple bags of weed ,it wasn't mine ,but it was my car and I didn't give up the person who had it,so they held me accountable..and a DUI 6 years ago..I know it's sounds bad and I'm not in any position to argue,I know I made my bed..but now I got 5 kids ,a mortgage and need this a lot,I messed up my life and can't be a doctor, lawyer, but I love driving ,for me it wouldn't be work ,work.i would drive all day if I could,it relaxes me for some reason,I'm more comfortable driving then anything..and I work hard, have no problems with it,the busy i am the better..I'm just scared I'm going out there only to be sent home to my family defeeted ..they no about the DUI ,I told them and my record, but that was a the requiter ..it's been killing not know what to expect..so thank u so much for taking the time to help me out .
