Load is overweight

    I wouldn't think so yet.Maybe deliver load then routed to terminal or maybe Celedon talked him into doing the load.Had that was me here's what would have happened,i talk to my dispatcher stuck to my guns and not going nowhere,dispatch puts his boss on phone still doesn't get resolved he sends another driver to get load.Makes me sit the rest of day routes me to terminal get called into safety have a meeting with safety,my dispatcher and his boss all over one stinken load.

    Sadly no I am not being chewed out and the load was still over gross weight even without snow and shipper refused to rework it so I was told to drop it at our yard

    So how do you explain the 79220 on your first weigh ticket? Are you saying the cat scale weighed you light? Did you use the exact same cat scale that told you the 80920 ?

    Probably still had snow on the roof. Where I live out here about 50 miles se of denver we got 2 foot of heavy wet snow.

    Go back and get that trailer and get on down the road with it! Weights fine. Now you're going to sitting for two days while they find you a load of flying canaries to move.

    I must be working for the wrong company. I could never afford to kill so much time on a legal load.
