I think he said his company has a yard at henderson Co. He is probably still sitting there waiting for something other than a heavy beer load...................

Probably isn't any coops on the way to the company yard. That being said there is no difference in taking to the yard and delivering it. One is as illegal as the other, or unsafe what ever they wanna claim. Guess my point is he had to pull it in the end so why the fuss shoulda just slid her back the night he loaded and went. Dodged the coops and kept trucking. Hell he could have been paid on it by now

Not originally. Once he picked up some snow he was over gross, but I never heard of someone getting scaled during a snowstorm and being ticketed for it. *shrug*

@Demonrogue OK, we have all given you a very hard time. But we do want to know the final outcome. Did you slide and ride? Drop it at the yard and make it another's problem? Return it to the shipper? Sit at the TA hoping the sun will shine? Get a load to the home terminal? Come on you can't leave everyone hanging like that. Patty sis going to have cold popcorn soon.

It magically gained weight even after the snow was gone. Guess he really didn't want to haul that load.
