When I started solo 07/14 I was at . 32 I do believe it's . 34 now as a noon. You'll move up pretty quickly I'm at .45.5 now. Talked to another driver doing the same thing I'm doing and he claimed to be at .481278PA Thanks this.

Cool thanks but how are your miles? Are you getting over 2500 consistently?
-
I have been averaging north of 2650 but I'm on a dedicated account with a good fm. I also communicate and keep him informed so he can get the info to the planner and keep me moving. I help him to help me. So results will vary but be on time update eta and pta and watch your clock. Set yourself up to have hours for when you really need them. Say to get a pu or to avoid a major city during rush hour ect....1278PA Thanks this.

Way back in 2006 I drove for them for .38 cpm with 3 years exp., averaged around 2800 miles a week. Nice to see they've bumped up the pay quite a bit.

They pay on a performance based system its really not the best.
-
Yep you'll reach a point where you won't be able to reach the next pay scale. The only way to make top pay is to have hazmat be Canada eligible and have a twic card. Then you have to be on time, run hard, no accidents, no dot violations and no accidents to receive all available points.Hoot67 Thanks this.

would you need twic and hazmat even for van?
-
I had my passport when I drove there . I drove flatbed for them. The pay system is based on performance so to get to a higher level yes you would need it. Not that you will ever use it it but for there points yes.

ah, I see. good point thanks.
talked to Ashley for a while last Fri about starting there
