Hey guys, would love to get some feedback on driving the Alcan to Fairbanks. Obviously they must have remote camps where guys do the maintenance on roads? Plowing Etc....
I have been up it five times. The one thing to know is that your traditional truckstops like you would see in the lower 48 do not exist beyond Grand Prairie AB Canada. Other than that have at it.
Looks like lots of rest areas. I live in Alaska and see how much snow we can get sometimes in short time. Wonder how it is in winter? Whos taking care of roads? State DOT because there is some remote areas there
