"Ok, you're coming down Mounteagle at 90mph, 80k lbs and brakes on fire. Around a turn, you see a school bus stopped sideways in the middle of the road. On your right, a car with a family - 3 small children in the back. On your left, a car with 4 nuns. You can't get stopped for the bus or get around the cars. What now?"

Once you get in trainers truck you'll be asking many questions and you won't need a list.observe everything he does and ask questions along the way.Taking notes will help too.

If your trainer has a clue, he has "rules" on his truck.
Ask him about those.
If he/she doesn't have any, get a new trainer. Yours has no clue how to train.White_Knuckle_Newbie Thanks this.
