Well, they want me to apply first before they send me screen shots of the load board.

I filled out the application and will be talking to a recruiter today.

If you have your own truck forget about it. They were going to send me screen shots too until the mandate came down on hiring people bringing their own trucks. If you're going to lease they'll love you. Lol

What mandate? I leased for a year and now I am going to bring on a truck I am buying before my lease is over.

I think Schneider is just being picky with NEW people they bring on being there's lots of demand and not much openings supposedly.
They're not gonna turn away a current good IC because they change to bring on their own truck.

    drvrtech77 and tazman74 Thank this.

This is not entirely true. According to my ICA...

If you currently lease a truck and then decide to bring on your own truck once your lease is up, you MUST have your own truck completely set up and ready to run the SAME day your lease is up, otherwise you are terminated from Choice and must go to the bottom of the list to get back on Choice with your own truck. You cannot take two weeks to get your own truck set up, repaired, etc...

Two other IC's that I talk to all the time have told me the exact same thing as well...

Take it for what it's worth...

    Roll on...

This is true that's what mine said, not a big deal for me as I have enough "credits" built up to make 3 weeks of payments. So I will park my leased one in GB and get my new one and drive it up and get it inspected then turn in my lease.

Well I got the Pathetic Rates from Schneider

Most of the loads from Ontario are paying under a $1
