    Is there a way you can order a multi state H6 report or will you have to pay the fee for each state? I moved around a bit and have had licenses in 4 states, no marks, violations, DUI/DWI but five fees will ad up.

    If you hold a CDL order a copy of your DAC report. It will have your license history in it. I know this because I have a copy of mine and it is there.

    Have them run it for you and print it off.

    Maybe buy them a couple dozen of doughnuts.

    If you had a cdl in those 4 states, anything that was on them will have been transferred to your current MVR. You can get your DAC report for free at www.hireright.com if you have a current CDL.
