    I've got a few years to go (I'm 51), so I'm going to spend some $$$ to get this truck the way I want it...radio setup, comfortable mattresses for me and my wife when she rides along, etc.

    I think everybody ought to own a SWR meter. They're pretty inexpensive and will last a long time if you don't drop them.

    I used to have a nice setup. Two radios (Stryker 440, Magnum S6 Nitro, good antenna, meter, etc). Sold it all when I went into Central Dispatch for R&L to be a dispatcher for their team operation. Still trying to piece together everything I need.
