If I just quit CR England will swift buy out my contract?

You guys are all asking the wrong question. If he can't handle CRE how is he going to handle Swifts training program? Dude you're going to owe CRE, go somewhere else you'll owe them too. Why did you leave incompentant trainers, difficulties in class, are you one of those guys who can't drive a big rig? I know I can't. But really before jumping into mopre debt is this the job for you?

 

Please tell us WHY you quit. You signed a CONTRACT! You OWE the money. Why do you think CRE would train you for free. Put on your BIG BOY pants, go back to CRE, tell them you had second thoughts, finish your contract and move on.

 

Met a driver trainer with 10 months at CRE and truck driving today at the pumps. He was training two girls in his truck at the same time.

He asked about my company.... Just waiting out his two months.

He said he knew he was at the wrong place right away but he couldn't just incur that amount of debt and be unemployable.

Then he asked me what I make... Not really sure how to answer this question. Is it normal to discuss these things at a gas pump?

Standard answer:
"I am well compensated for my time."

 

That's what I do. No need to beg.

 

No company in america would give a blank blank about a CR England contract. Get real.

 

You don't know that for sure every company has their policies.

I call it coming to his senses but then having a momentary lapse of reason with the Swift thing.
On the bright side, choice # 3 has to be an improvement over the first 2.
