If you had Moto-Mirrors you problems would go away. A lot better on many different levels. If it's your truck I would buy them and have them put on. If your in a company truck I'd be talking to the boss and show him how safer they are. I loved them.

Thanks. These Peterbilt mirrors are a pain. By "moving the arm bracket" you are referring to moving them by having to unscrew them and not just by "twisting" the position of the mirror?

The first thing I did when I upgraded to a 379 was cut the wire for the overhead dome light. Friggen thing comes on with the door open and blinds you shoehorning around at night.

Av been very curious av seen European trucks most which are cab overs with mirrors up front the windshield as opposed to America where all side mirrors are door mounted with exception of few buses,question is is there a law against repostioning my mirrors on my truck say passenger side mirror setting it way infront of my windshield on a freightliner that way even if it rains atleast I got the wipers to clear my winshield unlike my door window
