How bad run redlight(in car)

Not to worry, falcon, red light cams merely photo your vehicle license plate then send a ticket to the owner. Assuming its yours, you'll get a ticket in the mail with the amount of the fine, which is all they're interested in. Nothing will affect your CDL...no points, no nothing, all they want is the money. No way for them to tell who was actually driving the vehicle. Same thing applies to speed cams.....they are merely money grabbers.

 

If they can't prove you were the driver, you're off the hook. Red Light Cameras are illegal in my jurisdiction, they might be illegal in yours as well. Fight it, fight it till the death. These things get thrown out of court like nothing, most people get scared and pay right away. Don't do it.

 

The only time red light camera tickets come up in El Paso is when you have outstanding fines and try to renew your plates.

 

You also stand a chance that they won't even send you a ticket. I got my picture taken at one and never got a ticket.

Renewed my registration too.

 

Maybe next time you should plan your trip better and be more patient.
Running a red light just because you are following someone is still dangerous, and could cause an accident.

You have the right to question your accuser. Since a camera can't answer your questions.....case dismissed! Always fight tickets. Especially camera tickets.
