Same on the I-5 South in Redding Ca. Not sure on the exit but its on that long downhill slope. He hides at the top of a freeway onramp you wont see him until its too late. He got me going 65 in 55. I found him on speedtrap.org some posted that speed trap like back in 2011 so it looks like hes living off of truckers there every day. Be careful out there.

I have always kept it between 58 - 60 and never had a problem but I have had people tell me they have gotten a citation for doing that speed. It just depends on the officer. Yes skirts are required but not enforced.

 

Guess you want to plow into that five car pileup sitting just over the next hill doing 70.
