I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Don't believe your recruiter!

The fib about the camera would've been enough for most drivers. If you have 6 years safe driving, you should be able to take your pick of the litter. If you feel they are really that bad, finish your load, clean out the truck, and turn in your keys.

I already did man. Worked for 1 week. Can't seem to find a good company to work for. National carriers lied about paying detention and layover pay. Had me falsify logs. Conway I would do my 10 hr break and then have to wait another 10 hrs to pick up a load. They did it 3 days in row so I told them to go pound salt. Starting to have too many bad companys on my resume. Not sure what to do?

Oh, gotcha. Yeah, that sucks. I know that there are people on here who have had long careers with those companies, but I don't have any first hand experience myself. I would say that company hopping in general is a bad idea, just as in any other industry. Maybe try speaking with safety and/or logs instead of leaving or maybe even get another dispatcher or driver manager.

I agree with @jldilley. Company hopping is a bad idea. It makes you look unstable and it just makes that much harder to find a job. You really should be trying to work things out and try staying longer than a week.

Sounds like you trying you are trying to find a perfect company. You won't. Every company will have BS you don't like, it's a matter of what BS you make work for you.

Maybe this isn't the career for you? Or you should just buy your own truck and trailer and get you're own authority.
