They are a decent company to work for. What exactly do you want to know?

How is the regional set up, typical running area, home time? was told 2 days off for 5.5 days out. Want to know if it was true not just home for a 34 like the company I'm at now. Overall treatment of drivers equipment?

Most drivers that I know and have spoke with, which is an almost daily occurrence because I work for another Maine based carrier and run into them all the time, seem to be happy. Good pay, decent equipment, pet policy, etc. From what they've told me is that most of their home time is the typical 34 hour restart for 5 days out, but sometimes it's 40-48 hours.

When I was there, I ran from South Carolina up no further than the G. W. Bridge for 40cpm. If you're willing to go up to Maine the pay was 42cpm. If willing to go into NYC the pay was 50cpm. The running area is anywhere east of the Mississippi. I was on the road usually until my 70 hour clock was about up. Then home for 34- 48 hours. It all depends on your dispatcher. The equipment is pretty decent.

Did they tend to micromanage their drivers as in forced routing and specific fuel stops. What is mostly drop and hooks running lanes?

They give you a list with most of their fuel stops on it. You can fuel at any of their fuel stops. You route yourself the way that you feel safe to go just as long as you can make on-time delivery. The running lanes depend on what pay grade you choose. I was at 40cpm, so I would pickup a load in SC or NC, along I-95, heading to CT, MA, or ME. But since I was on the low pay grade I would drop the load at any of the two drop-yards in NJ. Then most of the time, head over to PA for a reload back south. The drop and hooks can vary. Most of the loads from big distribution centers were preloaded, and a live unload. Unless you drop it on a drop-yard.

Not sure about their terminal in SC but up here in Maine they don't let the drivers take the trucks home, they park them at the terminal.
