I have a truck with a 435 5ek in it when I purchased it someone flashed it to a 550 file into it , truck does not run as good as my others , makes 36 psi and holds pyro stays at 700 , 5232 injector codes 0/0 FLs fts , I think some screwed with others settings in this Ecs because it smokes alittle black when you shift , my other trucks have the same settings 5232 0/0 and out pull this truck by 6-8 mph on the big hills

You've already asked this before .
Some one told you to put a 600 file in it.
That will wake it right up.
You should also consider what turbo is on that engine. If it's still the 435hp turbo,your just asking for trouble.Diesel Dave Thanks this. -
If you had 58's, with a 550 brake saver 1LW series would of woke it right up. Like swaan says, with 57's, you need the 5DS series 601hp file. And a bigger TURBO, times 2 on asking for trouble with the small 435.

BTW, my 435 5EK (born)came with 58's. Maybe the other truck that out runs you has those injectors.

i have same problems dude.. idk wtf i keep using it and pulling 80,000-90,000 up 6% grade. it gets worse n worse then misses cold start clears up then dead misses i change #4 injector and start over till its dead miss again. 3 times now. #### a 3406E and shove them steel pistons up them cat mechanics ###. aluminum pistons are just fine till 1100°F they crack but doesnt effect it.

im used lil baby turbos b4 on B model engine. and used the low hp nozzles and still outrun everything. oil got hot from turbo. it worked tho. i got a big B model turbo on this E model. its just a p.o.s. Engine
