I got a question about health insurance for those who work on W2. What are your monthly premiums and how good is the insurance? I buy my own from BCBS and for a family of 4 with $3600 deductible its $740 per month

I have no idea what my cost would be through my trucking employer. I pay $53/month for just myself, Tricare Reserve Select. Once I'm married, I think it goes to $128/month.
I'm in the National Guard, so YMMV.

That's not that bad man, I'm all about 1099 when it's done correctly and not an employment situation that's pretending that your a contractor. Like others have said, you'll pay Self Employment tax and they'll take double the social security but even then it's not bad. SAVE RECEIPTS! Spend the extra money to have a CPA do your taxes and not a "tax preparer". It's worth it. You may pay $800 to do your taxes but a CPA can save you thousands.

I am eastern European too (Bulgaria), with 11 months experience, working for FedEx Ground contractor, W-2 pay, and got average $1100 per week, running to the West ( not steady run, wild ducks they call us, fedex OTR :))
So, if you make $1500 per week on 1099 form, and if you have good CPA, you will be OK after taxes.

Is it $1100 per week before or after taxes (if you don't mind me asking ofc),any benefits? and how many days you consider a "week"?
I called about this job (doubles,Fedex contractor) but was told it's team driving which is not for me.

Yes, is team driving, which I do not mind for now, 1100 is after taxes, 5-6 days per week, mostly 5 days, no benefits, although other contractors have some benefits ( I do not need them, I am here for 6-8 months every year, the family is in Europe)
Next year I may start with other FedEx contractor, who have daily runs terminal to terminal, every day home, and this is single, not team. For same money thou.
    Where are you frоm?
