    I started driving in 2000, became a trainer in 2001, and was promoted to driver manager in 2002. After 13 years as a driver manager, planner, and operations manager... I got burnt out!! Decided to go back out on the road and relax!! I am an owner op based in the NW.

    I didn't think being away from my kids was going to be as hard as I thought, so I am now looking to team! With my contacts I can get us dedicated lanes that could get each of us home every other day!! Plus make big $$$!!

    My name is Jennifer Greene. I live in Houston, TX and have had my CDL since 2004. Never got to drive due to inexperience and prior felonies. Now have stable work history and over 7 yrs. felony free with clean driving record (no tickets or convictions). I need someone to retrain the basics to me as I observe while on the road. I don't care if I have time at home or not since I have no obligations. I am willing to travel to you and I am willing to sacrifice some pay for the inconvenience one would be willing to endure in order to 'retrain' me.     I just want to point out that going from a driver to a Driver Manager is NOT a promotion. Driver Managers (if they are good) work for the driver not the other way around.
