I am new to trucking and I am currently in training so I have been in someone else's truck. With that said I am a proponent of Bodyweight exercises and Yoga for fitness. I have tried working out on the outside of the truck but the urine among other forms of fowlness dampens motivation pretty quickly. Add comments and eyeballs aimed in your direction and shows over. So I would say keep it in the truck. Bands seem like the best bet for adding weight to your workout. I'm trying to figure out a way to attach them to the top bunk mounting brackets. I also want to figure out a way to put in a pull up bar.

Something else to work on would be parallel dip bars.

Trucks start stinking enough, even with clean people driving. Don't even consider exercising inside the truck. PLEASE! Someone has to drive it someday.

OK. Been on my own for awhile and have tried a couple things. Best way to exercise in the truck is with bands. But even then you are limited. I still find myself jumping out and doing calisthenics in the parking lot. If bobtailing you can do dips between your drive tires or just do bench dips off your lowest step. Still haven't found a great solution for pull ups.

As for smell, that might be a personal problem. My truck smells good.

    BigSky Thanks this.
